What are the payment options?

We accept payment via BACS (details on our invoices), most types of payment card (via the phone) and PayPal & Wix (website shop).

What is your returns policy?

We have a no quibble returns policy, however, shipping costs are only refunded in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item. Used items may not be 100% refunded; please Contact Us to discuss.

How quickly do you deliver?

Items are sent by Royal Mail or DHL Express (a signature is required), so all standard orders should be received within 24-48 hours. Guaranteed next day delivery can be arranged subject to a supplementary charge, click here for details.

How do 360˚ Surround View Systems work?

Surround view systems generally utilise 4 wired cameras that are connected to an Electronic Control Unit (ECU). The ECU blends the 4 images together to provide a seamless view around the vehicle. The system is calibrated to the vehicle during installation, or via email if self-installed.

How do Digital Wireless Camera Systems work?

Digital Wireless (DW) camera systems transmit (& receive) video via 2.4Ghz; the transmitter (TX) and receiver (RX) are 'paired' to prevent any interference from other wireless devices (Wi-Fi / Bluetooth etc). The RX can be built-in to the monitor and the TX can be built-in to the camera. Power is required for both the camera (TX) and the monitor (RX), although battery packs or built-in batteries can be utilised.
